Child safety standards

Sirqit does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This applies to posts, comments, profiles, link-in-bio pages, and direct messages. It is forbidden to:

• share, request, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• sexualise minors in text, images, video, or drawings;
• contact a minor to build trust for sexual purposes (grooming);
• threaten or pressure anyone with sexual images (sextortion);
• trade, sell, or advertise minors for sexual purposes.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If we learn that a user is under 16, we close the account.

• In the app: tap the menu on a post, a profile, or a conversation, or press and hold a comment or a message, then choose Report.
• By email: rapport@sirqit.no.
• If a child is in immediate danger, call the police on 112. In Norway you can also report abuse material to Kripos at tips.kripos.no.

• We aim to review reports within 24 hours and handle CSAE reports first.
• We remove the content and close the accounts involved.
• We keep the evidence as the law requires and report the matter to the police (Kripos) and other competent authorities.
• We comply with Norwegian law and the laws that apply where our users live.
